Fair price in context and great taste
This is a fair price to me if looking for long term storage. So 20 servings, or 39.5 oz of granola with the powdered milk added here at $47. And say, in comparison, five 11 oz packages of Kind Blueberry Granola, at 25 servings at $5 in the store = $25, plus add in enough Instant Powdered Milk in a container at $10, that’s $35. So the second route is the better option – more servings at less cost -- but only if you’re going to eat it within a year. If you plan on storing it for 20 years, then adding the extra roughly $12 is worth it for certain. I do like the taste and texture of this granola even after stored for several years, better than some of the more perishable granolas I buy at the market. It makes a kind of blueberry milk that the others do not. JMHO

I Personally Find This Stuff Delicious
A while back I bought some different individual camping food packs for a trip, and I really liked this particular granola and milk. I've always loved cold milk and cereal and this isn't really different (besides the milk turning blue!) I bought this giant cannister just to eat at home for breakfasts. I emptied it into an airtight glass container and it lasted fine past the recommended 1 week open. I just mixed it up well, measured out some of the mix, and mixed with cold water from the fridge each morning and it was nice.In the end though, as good as it was, I now just buy carnation condensed milk and pre mix it with different granolas (bear naked is good) and its a lot cheaper than this can. If you're like me and your milk always seems to expire, one of these two solutions may be the answer!

Exquisite product
I first tried this granola in an MRE a few weeks ago and instantly loved it. After tasting it, I immediately started searching for it and was so glad to find it in a #10 can on here. While it's really great to take on a camping trip or when you want to take portable food that only requires water to be added, I just eat it at home. The color, smell, taste, and texture are all very pleasing. I enjoy it on the soupy side because the milk is so delicious. The granola has a good crunchy texture, even after sitting for a while and the blueberries are great crunchy or fully rehydrated. This granola is so deliciously creamy and it's honestly unlike any other I've tried. I enjoy good granola and other specialty food products and this just really stood out to me. As a Chef, I appreciate good quality and am more than willing to pay for it. I would highly recommend this product to anyone. The price in my opinion is absolutely worth it, as this is certainly an exquisite product.

Produce packaged 8 months in the past
There are 20 servings per can, so as a breakfast product, you get a good amount. At almost $39/can, that seems a fair price as well. However, in terms of what I received, the product was package 8 months ago, so this is approaching a year into its 30 year shelf life. Second, both cans I purchased were dented. I would rate this a 5 star product except for the reduced shelf life that remains.Received a new can of this product and it was 5 months old upon receipt.
