Liquid product broke during shipping!
I just received my Saphira conditioner that I had been waiting for. When I opened the plastic Amazon bag that it came in, it was full of the conditioner. I lost 1/2 of this expensive product.

Bottle half empty
I recently tried this product at a hair salon and really enjoyed the results so I decided to order the conditioner to take with me overseas. I have only used it once and found that it seemed a little light. I opened the bottle and found that it’s half empty. For the price of this product I find that to be unacceptable. I would not order from here again fearing I might get cheated once again.
