I purchased 2 identical items in preparation of winter for jogging and hiking in the dark. 1 item works perfectly but the 2nd one doesn’t work at all. Since the items were purchased in the summer and only tried recently, I have no recourse for an exchange and, as it is not a cheap item, I’m not happy about it at all.
