A VERY comfortable, light and supportive boot!
As a disclaimer, I don’t have a physically demanding job, so I can’t comment on how the Timberland Pro Titan work boot will hold up for those on the job. What I can tell you, however, is that this is one of the lightest and most comfortable 8 inch boot made! The boot requires minimal to no break in time, it’s superbly comfortable straight out of the box. The leather is light but so far durable. The toe box is roomy and I don’t really even notice the safety toe feature. The boot supports my ankles quite well, though I sometimes struggle to get the shoe lace tension just right (it may just be me, but I don’t struggle with other boots like I seem to with this one for some reason). Overall, I would consider the Titan to be amongst the best 8 inch boot for a long day of walking in Vegas or an amusement park or whatever. It’s akin to an athletic shoe in that regard. I don’t love the color (too light for me, but I don’t hate it either). Time will tell on the ultimate longevity of this boot, but I am optimistic after wearing them a few times! I’m giving it 4 stars as they aren’t quite the same quality as some other boots like my Red Wings, but they also come in at about half the price...

Made in Vietnam!
Like most reviews I read my review has to do with quality. Okay their hype and quality dies not kwite matchup. I do like the boots, ready to wear out of box, fairly comfortable for foot but could be better. The leather and overall comfort is better then most. Also a good looking boot. However I am returning them due to a noticeable defect to at least my standards for a pair of 175.00 boots with tax. The issue is Like most reviews state, that they fail at sole in ball area or bend point of sole. This pair I received had a right from box a small but visual hole at seem and arch area of the sole pretty much at flex point. I also read that some of these early failures a lot of times Factory warranty did Cover. However why would I want to go through a factory warranty within 4 months on a high costt pair of boots? They also have a tag right on boot about waterproof? I can see the small hole at sole and boot seem. The glued is not as the other boot either. So I am returning them right back because of reviews that match to defect and possible failure point of these boots. I just don't think or want to deal with a factory warranty right away or soon after I just bought them. Sorry I am having issue loading photo's, but will share if I can get them loaded up.

Going on 14 years..
I hope they never quit making these, or I'll be lost! I've worn these boots for the last 14 years.. hands down the most comfortable work boot I've ever worn.. I'm on a hazmat team, and these boots get everything thrown at them in all types of conditions and terrain. Pro tip: after you're done for the day, throw them on a boot dryer and It'll make them last longer and not smell like a swamp!

Out-Of-The-Box Ready For Work
Compared to all other 8" safety toe boots I've tried, this is by far the best boot I found. No break-in required: I wore them a full day walking around on concrete with no issues at all. My feet felt better at the end of the day than with any other boot I've tried. I have flat feet and need lots of arch support. The Titan provides more than any other boot. I still have to add my Dr. S #440, which makes a great fitting boot fit my foot even better. Speed laces are very important for me to get the boot tight enough on both the lower and upper. If the less expensive Direct Attach had speed laces it would have been my boot of choice (equally comfortable sole). I think a major factor in the better fit was getting a medium width instead of W-Mart's typical wide sizes. I drove around to all the shoe stores and sporting goods stores in a 25 mile radius trying to find the right fit. The few Timberland Pro's I found (only one Titan, but it was 6" and a half size too small) kept telling me that if I found the right fit, Timberland had the most comfortable sole and the 8" Titan would provide the best upper. I was not disappointed. I have no doubt I will strongly consider another pair when these wear out, maybe even sooner (just in case some bright corporate person decides Titan 8" Safety Toe should be discontinued).
