No complaints from the receivers and they still have the frames so I think they are working out. They look beautiful and worth more than the price.

My mom loved this item as a Mother's Day gift from my brother and I. She filled it with pictures of her new granddaughter, and it has been playing the slide show non-stop ever since! We had a slight "snafu" getting pictures loaded because the flash drive we were trying to use would not work. We think the issue was that the one we tried first was a retractable one, so I just went out and bought a non-retractable one that specifically stated "can be used for picture frames" on the packaging, and it worked just fine. You can also hook it up to the computer and download directly from there, as well. The resolution is good for the price you pay. I'm sure the higher priced ones are a bit more clear, but this works perfectly fine for displaying family photos on a bookshelf!

GiiNii GH-7AWP 7-Inch "All-In-One" Digital Picture Frame (Brown) I am VERY unhappy with this device. Because the controls don't work reliably, I have found it difficult to learn to use. When I began loading photos into an album from a flash memory attached to the USB port, I quickly got a message that memory was full, but I got no warning that something had to be done about that condition. I stopped working with the album and viewed the photos directly from the flash memory. When I finished, I powered down the picture frame. When I subsequently attempted to power up the frame, I got a message that memory was full and that the frame would have to be cleared and rebooted. No control on the picture frame will initiate that operation. When I called tech support, I was told that the only way to restore the frame to operation is to connect it to my computer and to clear the memory from there. Unfortunately, the frame connects to a computer only through a "mini-USB" port, which requires a special cable not supplied with the device (and which I don't possess). IMHO, a device which will permit itself to be choked on data and which provides no internal path for clearing this condition is extremely poorly designed. As my experience demonstrates, requiring a special cable which is not supplied with the frame is a very poor economic choice that leads to customer dissatisfaction. For all that GiiNii boasts of its cutting edge technology, I don't see evidence of it in the design of this device. I was looking for a device that would make it easy for me to share with others photos of my vacation and pets. It never occurred to me that this frame would have no provision for battery operation. It does not; it operates only from normal house power. That is not GiiNii's fault; it is mine. I did not read the product description with sufficient care prior to purchase. Caveat emptor. Needless to say, I will not recommend this device to anyone.

Quality not great and too complicated to operate.

My mom has been using and loving this thing for years. Its not the best quality but it still gives her moments of joy when she looks at it and for the price, was definitely worth it. If you're looking for something with higher picture quality or more menu options, I'd keep looking though.

This frame is a great way to view photos. The pictures are crystal clear and there are many viewing options. We have 2 and I bought this one for my daughter and her family. The just love it, too!

I got this frame for my mother-in-law's birthday last month and she completely loved it. This was the best way to keep her up to date with our kids who lives out of state. Before purchasing this product, I checked out other frames in the price point before deciding. I like how this frame has a solid wood frame with real mat to give off the impression that it's a real picture frame, versus other plastic looking frames. This product was very easy to set up as well. The moment you turn on the frame, it cycles through a quick video of the key features of the frame. To get out of the video, it will force you to go through a quick tutorial on how to use the control. Overall, I am pleased to make my in laws happy...and you know how difficult that can be sometimes.
