No leaks or drips
This is going to be very handy if and when I ever get to go on a camping holiday this year. It holds enough water for drinks and washing hands. I've tested it and found the tap, easily attached, works perfectly, with no drips or leakage, it has a good sturdy carrying handle and is easy to fill at any tap. Once empty, the whole top can be taken off for easy drying upside down, and then it fold down to fit into its carry bag.

Great camping accessory
This is a very useful water dispenser for camping. I filled it up on arrival at the camp site. The tap is spring loaded or can lock at the open position if tilted fully. So easy to dispense water. The best way to fill it up is with the lid pressed firmly on and unscrewing a cap in the lid. I like the window above the tap so you can see the amount of water remaining. Easy to empty and dry out at the end of your camping session. I found no water taste issues on my first use. The water was just as expected - fresh and perfect.

Good overall
ProsVery good build quality and quality of materials.Nice coloursSturdy tapDraw-string case/bag, but do you need one?Just about the right size, any more and it would be hard to liftPerfect for reducing trips to the site tap when campingConsThe tap is too high up meaning that the first 2.5 litres of water is not usable. This means you have to tilt the container to release it. It's not a huge concern but they could have thought this through better.Very high price, but there is no other water container online which is:SturdyLets you fold it upEasy to wash.Others on the market have a tiny opening, break easily or are not even collapsibleThe lid is ill-fitting when flat but fits very well when full. The case is unnecessary and only increases set up time at the camp site. It's also a waste of materials if you choose not to use it.

Does what is described.
I'm pleased with my order and thank you for creating such a durable product, easy for usage, capacity for hold the amount of water or other use of liquids for oral usage and non-oral usage as placed in description, function is superb, also the product is light weight as described. Thanks again for creating such a multipurpose product, may your company provide more intuitive products like this one I recently purchased and continues to succeed; God's Spare or God's Willing.

Caravan serviced pitch
There’s not many reviews I write but thought I’d write one for this. I’m a fan of some of the Colapz products and think they are very innovative.I was on a fully serviced pitch at my campsite and I usually use a direct water mains connection to my caravan. However, the water pressure was very poor and I couldn’t live with that. An alternative is a ballcock in my aquaroll container to maintain the water level. But seeing as I didn’t have either with me I turned to Colapz and Amazon. I was aware that Colapz used to do a small container and ballcock system but it appears they have discontinued it. So I had to improvise. I ordered the item I’m reviewing, there 8l bucket/water storage container. Along with a top filling float valve and the necessary tap washers for a seal. The result is a compact, mains water system incorporating the caravan external pump. It works a treat. Maintaining water in the container when the pump is pumping it out.Very happy with the product. Just a pity Colapz discontinued the package. But I think my system worked out cheaper

Close but not quite there
It's a nice idea. The lid relies on the silicone rubber seal and friction against the rim and as several others have mentioned it doesn't hold tight. I will add a bit of gaffa tape to hold it down when in use. It needs a positive closure to be more than 3 stars. The rest of the design is good and materials feel nice.

Best new camping present I bought myself
Now don't go thinking that this is any old water dispenser because you would be wrong. My dog thinks this is her personal drinks fountain, so much so we set it up on a stepping stool with her bowl underneath... We did manage to get crazy temperatures whilst camping in a tent with very little shade until 4pm so who can blame the dog for taking liberties. Yes... It's not cheap. You are correct. But the amount of times I have spent money on water dispensers of varying sizes, shape or style, we have never even managed a weekend camp trip without a leak or spillage. And then there was the drying out if it did survive by some chance and hoping it wouldn't be mildewy next time. Well, you have no worries with this as the lid comes right off enabling you to be able to physically dry it with a cloth. The handle is strong, the bucket seems weak at first but once filled up and the lid put on firmly it is very stable. The lid has a space on top to put the screw cap or dispenser part whichever you aren't using. The bucket material is weird but looks pretty hard wearing and folds down neatly into a little bag. The water in the bucket never seemed to warm which surprised me so I gave it lots of praise and admiration for being so much more than I expected. I also purchased the shower/watering can attachment pack which although I did not use I can think of many camping trips where these would have helped us out. Very neatly fit in bag so take up no room at all. Overall I would buy this again without any hesitation at all.

Unfortunately leaked
The media could not be loaded. Such a shame, nice sturdy material, good carry handle. I didn't like the fact the lid didn't clip or screw on but I would never leave water in it when in transport, so not an issue for me but it leaked. It leaked from the tap when I washed it out with water and a bit of bicarb. I then took it off checked the seal was in place left it overnight with 5 litres of water in it. I thought it was ok but then I moved it and it started dripping. I have returned it and bought something else.
