Ancient Harvest Pasta Penne Green Lentil 8 ounce - Pack of 6

I've tried most of the gluten free pastas, not out of an allergy but a desire to eat less bread. This is my favorite one, as it tastes just like regular pasta and doesn't have filler crap like most GF pastas. It's a great source of protein too.Only note of caution is it overcooks very easily so keep a close eye on it.

Good nutritional profiles but my wife thinks it tastes a bit bitter compared to (100%) lentil pasta we've purchased in the grocery. This stuff is definitely cheaper, I do not mind the taste, and actually like the texture more than other alternative pastas. It doesn't expand much like normal pasta, so what you see is nearly what you get.

This is good eating. But I think the seller had some sort of stroke or whatever when they made their account; the seller's name includes an ingredient which has nothing to do with several of their product's or their brand name. It's confusing and unnecessary. To potential buyers, this contains no quinoa.

This pasta is wonderful! With 14g protein and 7g fiber per serving it is probably the healthiest out there. I enjoy it with just some olive oil and ume plum vinegar. It is very hard to find. Many stores carry the quinoa and corn pasta - it will be nice when someone realizes that many of us have developed "issues" with the ubiquitous corn products. Thank you Ancient Harvest!

They don't taste very good.

Awesome tasting yet high protein, high fiber and gluten-free. My daughter has many allergies, and this is the only pasta that she can eat. After tasting it myself, our whole family has switched to this very healthy pasta even though we don't have to. It is the only gluten-free pasta that I have liked the taste of.

It look like the regular penne pasta but, you cannot get over the horrible taste. TRASH

The addition of lentils into the mix makes these hold together much better than their corn and quinoa counterparts...however, I withhold one star because with the delicacy of constitution, so also was the delicacy of flavor lost. I recommend these with tomato sauce and parmigiana or pesto, but not so much with creamy or olive oil sauces.
