Perfect size!
The 10" omelet fry pan was the perfect size for many uses, not just omelets. I have used Calphalon cookware for many years. Food cooks evenly and does not stick. I always add a little olive oil for flavor.I highly recommend this product. It is a perfect addition to one's cookware!

happy with the performance of this pan, it has been a versatile addition to our kitchen. The pan is light, which took a bit of getting used to as we are used to heavier pans, but now that accustomed it is a non-issue.

Good value workhorse
I bought this to replace my old one which lasted 12+ years and finally was looking worse for wear. I love cast iron cookware but find them too heavy for casual use most of the time (esp in a small kitchen), yet the $20-30 range pans typically stocked in every store are too flimsy and insubstantial. This is a great weight, handle feels great, and really holds up. For the size and weight, this is my perfect workhorse for a single serve meal-in-a-pan, a saute prep pan, or a quick fry.

This pan is awesome! It’s size is convenient, nothing sticks to it, and cleanup is a cinch. When there are SO MANY options out there these days, it’s nice to have a “go-to” product that delivers on exactly what the manufacturer claims. I highly recommend this pan.
