They provided a little too much height. They made it to where my son’s foot either wouldn’t fit in the shoe or came out from the heel while he walked.

Fit perfectly in my son's football cleats. Inserts immediately provided support for his flat feet and relieved pain he had been feeling in his feet and legs. We are buying another pair for his everyday shoes.

My eight year old son has trouble with his feet. He has a high arch so his heels can hurt in his shoes but also has ankles that roll. He is incredibly active so good shoes/support are musts but I find even when you buy good quality brands like Nike, Adidas etc. they come with junk insoles. I found these after reading some reviews and these really give him the support he needs. He told me right away that his feet felt so much better and gave him the support and comfort he was needing. I am buying a second set so he doesn't have to constantly be switching out his shoes. Nice thing, too is that they will grow with him b/c they can go for size 5 or 6 shoes. Wish they were a little less expensive since you already tend to spend 50$ on shoes they grow out of or wear out after 4-6 months but for taking care of your feet it is worth it.

Bought these because my daughter's doctor felt like she needed for arch support in her shoes. She loves them and wears them faithfully. I really thought that she would take them out or complain about them. But she has not. NOT even one time.

I bought this insole for my 11 yo daughter. She has a flat foot and it’s great support for her ankle. I removed one start bc when inserted insole into shoes there’s still a space left. I did not even need to cut .

These are nice and nice and seem to be helping my 10 year old son who has no arches at all. He is in wrestling and complains of his feet and knees hurting a lot . Since wearing these he hasn't complained about his knees at all and maybe mentioned his heels bothering him once. The only down side to these is that they are really thick and won't fit in his wrestling shoes . But he can wear them in his shoes everyday so he will get good use out of them .
