There's a saying among water polo players that they don't much care about their hair. But my boys do, and this shampoo (and associated conditioner) keeps their locks soft and manageable. It gently removes the chlorine to keep their hair from bleaching or (worse) turning green or from turning into straw, which could easily happen as they spend 2 - 3 hours each day in a chlorinated pool (for the past six years). Plus, it smells great so they don't smell like chlorine when I kiss their heads. We've tried others - this is by far our favorite.

I swim a couple times a week. Purchased for chlorine removal. The scent of the product is very light citrus, which is important to me. I had purchased Ultra swim in the past, but the smell was too strong, this is much much less. Shampoo lathers nicely with lots of bubbles. Conditioner is good too. I can slightly smell chlorine after use but much less than regular shampoo. A little expensive but I would order again
