POB-9132 Sheet Cake Pan, 9 x 13 x 2 Inch, Silver

This pan was recommended by a baker on Pinterest. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. This was my 1st time making a Texas chocolate sheet cake and it turned out deliciously moist, evenly baked and it did not stick to the pain. It is very high quality and also cleans up easily.

This is the PAN! The ultimate everything pan. This is the be all, end all, pan of pans. Just get it. It’s the right size for sheet cakes!! I’ve made several sheet cakes since purchasing. Yes, it costs more than the other crappy sheet pans but it’s like buying a le cruset instead of Costco cheapy. Get the right one the 1st time.

Pan is perfectly designed, like all Fat Daddio’s baking pans. I do a lot of baking and have used Wilton & other brands in the past. Without a doubt, Fat Daddio’s is far superior in quality, even heat distribution and ease of removing cakes from their pans. The curled edges make grabbing a hot pan much easier. The smooth interior corners allow for easier cake removal and super easy washing and cleanup. I got rid of all my other brands and replaced them with Fat Daddio’s. Worth every cent!

Great sturdy pan!

These are best pans. I had the 8" and 10" round pans for years. I just purchased the 10×15 rectangular pan. Trust me they are worth the money.

I do like this pan. It bakes up my cakes and brownies nicely. The glue they use to put their brand and care instructions is extremely difficult to remove. I didn’t want to use a strong glue remover - but I had to use Goof Off to get all the residue off. The rolled edges aren’t completely turned downward so be careful you don’t cut your finger. Still, I like my new pan.

Ordered the 8 x 12 sheet after deliberating if that or a 9 x 13 would be the closet 1/4 sheet size. The 8 x 12 x 2 is thankfully the exact the size I was looking for! It bakes thoroughly and efficiently (following the baking tips on the paper it comes with) and cleans easily. This is my 5th Fat Daddio cake pan and this one is just as sturdy and reliable as the others! You will need to make 2 boxes of your fav boxed cake to fill the pan half way. The thickness will be enough to cut down hamburger style with a long knife to add filling! Overall very happy with my purchase. He loved his retirement cake 😇

LOVE, love, love this pan for brownies!! Perfect size (use the 9x13 brownie mix for perfect thick and chewie) and durable quality to last a long time.
