Great for controlling GERD
Love that this doesn't contain a lot of extraneous ingredients. The sodium alginate is what's great for controlling GERD, and this works very well at a good price.

Helps me get quality sleep
My stomach used to wake me up every night at 3am. I was not getting good sleep and it was wearing me down physically and mentally. I take this before bed along with a light antacid, like Pepto, Gavi, and I finally can sleep through the night. I'm sure it's helped reduce inflammation. Priceless. (without PPIs)
