MCombo Electric Power Swivel Glider Rocker Recliner Chair with Cup Holders for Nursery, Hand Remote Control, USB Ports, 2 Side & Front Pockets, Plush Fabric 7797 (Brown)

With shoulder surgery at end of month and doc recommending a recliner for sleeping and initial recovery we started the search. We needed something reasonably priced, rocked, swiveled and remote reclined and could be operated from the left side. MCombo products seem to fit the bill. We ordered model 6160-7797 in Brown on Jan 1 and it arrived via FedEx on Jan 4th!! The two boxes had NO damage. My daughter had it setup in less than 20 minutes! See pictures. The chair is very comfy, plush upholstery, and recliner motors are whisper quiet. Swivel (270 deg) and rocker are awesome. The remote recline stops at any desired position within the range of motion. This model chair is NOT the large model so if you are greater than 5’10” tall consider finding and ordering the larger model. The chair comes with ample storage pockets and two water bottle/travel mug cups holders. The two usb ports (Type A and Type C) will charge various items. You must make sure your device is rated properly for the port being used to charge device battery. We recommend this product and only time and use will provide rating on quality.

Our chair arrived in April, and it is now September and we just opened it because we are using it for our daughters nursery and we just brought her home from NICU. When we opened it, we discovered the remote was missing. Customer Service (Alan) was so kind, quick, and helpful and immediately shipped out a replacement remote. The chair itself is so extremely soft and comfortable and the cup holders, usb ports, and side pockets make it perfect for our nursery needs with baby number 3. I’ve had 4 different gliders and rocking chairs over the years with our children and this is BY FAR the best! I can easily sleep in this chair with our baby during long nights. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a perfect nursery rocker.

Update, Customer service reached out to me! I have removed the backrest and reseated it, the noise went away. UPDATE, Chair has begun to make a horrible noise from the back rest. Build quality is extremely low. 4 months and its breaking down. 🥺 Not going into a long review here. I received both boxes at the same time. Chair was super quick and easy to set up. Everything working as it should. Glides well, swivels great, reclines quietly. Comfortable enough to sleep in! Overall pretty happy at this point!

I was researching swivel recliners for my wife till my head hurt. Finally this chair checked all the boxes. Nice looking, electric reclining, USB ports, cup holders. I was a little nervous ordering online in case i had issues or a return but took the plunge. So far i am more than happy! Thing assembled super easy no tools, motor is so quiet cant hear it and the legs come up separate from back which i wanted. Swivels and glides great. Cushion is firm but soft lol My wife absolutely loves it and you know what they say sbout a happy wife. She is 5'3 fits her perfectly. Im 6' fits fine as well.

I needed a recliner in a hurry, as I was having shoulder surgery and would have to sleep in a recliner while my shoulder healed. This chair looked ideal, especially because it had a remote to control the headrest and footrest rather than a lever or button on the right side, which I would not be able to operate. It ships in two boxes; one box contains the base and the other the backrest. I received both boxes in the same delivery. You just slide the backrest onto two posts in the base to assemble the chair. Make sure the fit is tight; I didn’t and the back fell off several times until we really pushed it down. The fabric is nice, much better than fake leather and is comfortable. The remote works well and controls both the footrest and headrest. The footrest is long enough for me (I’m 5’, 4”), but if you are 6 feet or taller, it will probably be too short for you. There are two charging ports on the right side which are handy, but one on my chair does not work. After sleeping in this for almost 2 months now, the padding on the arms is shifting a bit and the chair has gotten really squeaky. This is not a piece of fine furniture, nor is it super sturdy and feels as if it leans a bit to the side. When I am able to sleep in a bed again, we’ll probably move this to the game room in the basement for the grandkids to use. If you need a recliner in a hurry and require a remote control for a disability or after surgery when you have to sleep sitting up, this is a pretty good value. I would buy this chair again.

I just had rotator cuff surgery, so I bought myself a new recliner because I have to sleep in a recliner for at least two weeks. When the chair came to me in two boxes, I just opened it up to see the material and it was soft and the chair looked fabulous! We put the chair together together, which was easy. It’s just two pieces. They just go together, plugged it in, it reclined, has a nice swivele, fabulous. Then two weeks before my surgery I was using the chair and I started having right side sciatica pain. I haven’t had sciatica pain in years! My daughter and I went shopping one day and I could barely walk through the store because my back was hurting so bad. So my daughter and I came home and she sat in my recliner while I was getting lunch. After about 10 minutes, she said, “mom this chair cushion in the back right, there’s like no support in the cushion and your right side sinks to the right, like I’m sitting in here cockeyed.” So I said, “well how come I didn’t feel that?” so then her husband sat in the chair and he said, “ oh yeah, there’s no support on your right butt cheek in the back of the chair!” And I was like oh my God, no wonder my sciatica hurts! I wrote to the seller and I’ve yet to hear anything back from them. I’m 59 years old. I can’t take this chair and go return it. So now I had to buy another seat cushion that I had to cut in half and only put half of the economical seat cushion on the right side to even out the cushion of the chair. Then I bought a cover to cover the chair because the seat cushion looks ugly. I’m another $159 into this chair just to fix the chair so you can sit in it without it throwing out the alignment of your back. So if you get this chair, hopefully the seat will be great and if it is, the chair is fabulous. Heaven forbid you have a problem with the chair like I do because you’ll have sciatica for the rest your life. Or you will have to purchase a economical seat cushion, cut it in half and only put half of the seat cushion on the chair so your back will be in alignment. Then if you don’t want to look at that, you will have to buy a recliner cover to cover up the ugly seat cushion and the rest of your recliner.

I liked this chair a lot for a while in our son’s nursery, but the remote broke within a few months of purchase. They did send us a new one, but now again 1 year later our remote broke again. Just out of the blue it completely dies. Tried to reach out and get a new one but no response. Our chair is stuck in recline mode which is extremely frustrating and we cannot even use the chair now. It’s garbage now. Not worth the high price.

We brought 2 Electric Power Swivel Glider Rocker Recliner Chair very happy with these chairs. They are comfortable & soft and love all the features on this chair. The USB was not working for us & we took a second look & realized that we overlooked a plug which was tied at the bottom lower back of the chair. So, that was what that plug was for oops. Easy assembly just put together & plug in for power. So, check your chair make sure all plugs are plugged into your chair. Now we can charge the phones, tablets, etc. from our chairs. CSW
