I am a pro makeup artist if your looking to buy an inexpensive oval brush set this is the one you need. I bought it because I was curious to find out what was the rave about these brushes and let me tell you something they are EVERYTHING !!! The softest by far I don't have any streaking when I apply my liquid foundation the brush is smooth also it is very good to blend with powder liquid or cream. I use the medium one to bake it fits perfectly under my eyes and chin and gets right in between my brows to bake and my forehead I really love them such a great buy my sister bought one off of me because she loved the way her makeup came out when I used them on her. I will be honest I really love the bigger brushes over the very small I actually use the smaller ones to blend concealer or if I need to get detailed I haven't tried applying eyeshadow with them but they are still very useful. The real Artis Brushes set of 10 will cost you $355 not including tax or shipping so to me I believe this is a steal. Lastly I love the look of these it doesn't have a logo on it which makes it look better quality also the Rose gold is stunning it isn't real metal which is why they are a bit bendable so pack use and wash them with care and they will last you hope this helps :)

I was a little nervous about ordering these, but I figured for $20 it was worth a shot. These arrived very quickly! I was a little concerned that these arrive in individual "bags" inside of a large envelope rather than a box, but none of the brushes were damaged, so I guess it doesn't matter. :) The heads of these brushes are the thickest and softest brushes I have ever felt in my entire life. I saw some people complaining about a few stray hairs on the brush, which yes, there are a few stray hairs every now and then (like a normal makeup brush), but there is so much hair on it that it seems near impossible to NOT have stray hairs.The brushes applied and blended all my makeup FLAWLESSLY. I will never go back to a beauty blender again because those really absorb the product and then you are stuck using more and more trying to cover your face! I also find that beauty blenders wipe the product OFF your face as you're trying to apply.Another small complaint I would have is that the handle that connects the brush head to the actual part you hold is a little flimsy, as others have noticed. It seems like it may snap if you were to try to apply product too hard, but this is not an issue for me.Overall, I highly recommend these brushes to anyone looking to try something new, or someone who can't afford the Artis Brushes, as these are a perfect dupe. :)

I do not own an Artis brush, so I have no frame of reference, but I understand that these are a similar style. I am impressed with these so far. The bristles are incredibly dense and way softer than I expected. As a dense group they are firm and effective but very gentle--even luxurious feeling. I believe it is important to note that these brushes are all very similar to one another as far as construction goes, just the sizes are different. The exception is the lip brush that, frankly, I don't see myself using. I like this aspect because it means there is no "wrong" brush for most jobs. I found I could use what I deemed appropriate and I had good success with this. The largest brush is, according to the enclosed pamphlet, meant for foundation, but I found it to be far too large for that purpose, but fully appropriate for setting powder, so that's how I used it. I used the second largest brush for foundation and achieved a velvety smooth finish--better than my usual brushes and faster to boot. I very much like how my contour and blush applied and I had the best success in my recollection with highlighter when using these brushes. I like the control I seem to have with these brushes as far as face application goes, although my fingers still do a better job with under eye concealer. These aren't great for eyeshadow application and I will continue to use my traditional brushes for that purpose. The eyebrow brush was significantly better than I expected. Over all, I recommend these. If they fall apart though, I'll definitely update my review. The included photos show how the brushes came packaged and how they looked when first unwrapped. Yes, they are made in China, but so are the wickedly expensive Artis brushes, so that is not a complaint in this instance.

I have been using these brushes for a few months and they work amazing. The quality is fantastic and my makeup applies and blends flawlessly. It’s like a sponge. I ordered the black set but I find the rose gold to be better. In the black set the handles are flexible so it makes application a bit cumbersome since I have to hold the top to keep it from moving. The rose gold brushes have the normal sturdy handles so it applies easier for me. It allows you to pat in your foundation for a flawless finish. However, the quality is great for both sets and the compact bristles are high end, soft, durable, and wash easily. I am surprised at the amazing price and quality of these brushes. The customer support is awesome as well and I got a flat blending brush from this company also that i absolutely love that is better than the other high end brushes like IT, younique, bare minerals ,etc. I definitely recommend the rose gold brushes for foundation, powders, and cream formulas!! Love it

Permettre d’effectuer un maquillage bien lisse!!Bien nettoyer après chaque utilisation par contre car si on met trop de produit sur la brosse elle a tendance à l’absorber en profondeur.

Mi sono trovata molto bene con questi pennelli; sono morbidi e si lavano facilmente. Avendo le setole fitte, non è necessario strofinare tanto per rimuovere i residui di trucco. Quelli per il viso sono più comodi da usare rispetto a quelli per il trucco degli occhi, data la forma del manico. Ne consiglio l'acquisto.
