Will these help my feet not hurt when i work on concrete? I do every day and my feet kill me every night

I also stand on concrete and pavement all day. I put three stacks of phone books under the foot of my mattress so my feet stay elevated when I sleep. After the first week of this my feet and calves felt much better. Sounds silly but it really helped me.
