Arrived defective and not fit for use.
I’m sure the item works for most people, but when we put it together, one of the Allen screws wouldn’t catch, the threads on it were ok, but it just wouldn’t screw into the hole, so one of the legs wasn’t square and couldn’t hold any weight. What are we supposed to do, spend what it costs to return it? No, we’ll just have to suck it up and put it down to bad luck with an item that didn’t get any quality control before it was shipped out. Amazon really should offer free shipping on returns if an item is defective.

Not as good as we hoped
Really disappointed with this product. Has lots of good reviews but less than a month after we got it, one of the legs has become really loose and unstable because one of the screws won't tighten any more (threads are gone). There are no spare screws (which would have been helpful) and while it still works we have to be very careful how much we hang on it now. Will now need to try to source some spare screws.

Great stand & easy to assemble
Took me about 10 minutes to assemble with my electric screwdriver.It looks great & fits nicely in the spot by the front door.It's just tall enough for my full length wool winter coat which was my biggest concernI'm very happy with this stand..

holds lots of coats and hats
This is an excellent purchase, it is very sturdy and has stood up when absolutely full of coats, anoraks and hats. It stands in the corner of the room without taking up much space at all. My daughter put it together with no trouble.

Very solid piece of metalwork
This is a well made, tough stand. Easy to put together from simple instructions (I used a hex bit in my battery drill rather than the key supplied). Its now holding a large pile of coats, jackets, scarves, bags etc. Very pleased with it.
