I have a typical swimmer's body and the suit fits well, allowing good range of motion, I like the compression, and the size chart is accurate. Only one drawback- I have purchased the same style, same size many times, and the sizing does vary a little bit.

So I read a gazillion comments before I ordered this suit. I ended up ordering two different sizes so that I could have the one that fit me correctly and returned the other one. I am 4’11 105lbs muscular but skinny so I’m an extra small and 00. I ended up ordering 2 and 3 sizes larger than what I would normally order. The suit that was a 30 was tighter than normal but I am using it to workout so I didn’t even bother to try on the 32 and returned it. All in all it’s a great suits as long as you figure out the right size!! Definitely recommend ordering 2-3 sizes larger than your normal baiting suit

Probably a nice suit but way too small. I'm 124 lbs and 5'2" with small hips and I couldn't even pull this size 12/38 on.

I ordered a 34/8. I normally wear a size 8. As a reference I am 5-8, 145 lbs. This suit is wearable but it is TIGHT! Not so much the fabric, but the straps and leg openings. Out of the water, if feel almost uncomfortable, however in the pool, the suit is fine. Excellent range of motion with the thin straps and placement. The cut of the suit is sporty, with slightly higher leg openings and a fairly open back. I like this.People have mentioned that the suit stretches a little, I have not noticed this yet. I think if I order again, I'd go up one size.There is no lining in this suit, and there is not a lot of bust support other than the compression affect. (I am a 34C). I would not play beach volleyball in this suit, but it has been fine for water aerobics and lap swimming.

I purchased the Speedo Women’s Race Xtra Life suit to wear when I started to get back in the pool for swimming. The suit fit exactly as I expected it would, being just snug enough to stay in place while training. The leg area is high enough cut to allow for comfortable wear and training while not being so high that it shows too much skin. The thinner straps are great to not have too much pressure on my shoulders while training and the back sits perfectly between my shoulder blades. I ordered this in the all black and am happy to report that the material is of good quality and won’t begin to be see-through any time soon. This is a great purchase for someone who is looking for a swim suit for training without all the colorful frills of some of the other suits on the market. 120# 5'5" with a very long torso. I used to wear a 30 to 32 as a young adult for competition at the same height/weight. 10 years out from competition and 2 kids later, I'm glad I ordered a 36. I'm recovering from an injury and got back into the pool to learn how to walk again. I ordered 36 because of the torso length and I could have gone with a 38 simply due to my poor balance and mobility for ease of getting dressed. However, if was swimming just for simple exercise, 36 is perfect.

I like this product because it's NOT one of the endurance suits. This suit is still made with spandex,nylon and Lycra. It fits my body better the the long-wearing fabric blends.

I love that this bathing suit was exactly as I expected.

Purchased this Speedo Poweflex Eco bathing suit in size 40, Saphire blue. The fit is as expected and it has a navy liner sewn inside. :)

I wanted to get back into swimming, and this suit is exactly what I was looking for. Extra points for being eco-friendly! Fits tight but I believe it is supposed to be like that so I don't mind, it just means it's a little trickier to get into but not as bad at putting on a wetsuit!
