The small is 32/34 waist my husband is 5’11 tall and the legs fit him fine.

Q: How do you work out the size chart I’m looking for a xl it says 56 or 58 but drop down list goes to 44 ?

I have a size 54, and I am a woman size 10/12 yes it is massive, but it was the only size that I could choose, and it covers me fully. I have made it work for me. I can adjust the braces and turn up the legs. It also has lots of pockets. The fabric is very thick. It is also big for my husband he is 34 waist and 32 inside leg and 5'10". It's a fair price for what you get. I'm happy with mine. I only use it for painting and decorating around various houses that I have, and I can keep my clothes on underneath because there is plenty of room inside. If the drop-down only says 44, it means that is the only size available.
