Better than Dietz and Watson. Pleasant faintly smokey aroma out of the box. Good flavor and texture.

These are amazing. I wash them then dry them with paper towel. Roll them in flower and gently fry them in a small amount of olive oil, butter and sliced up onions. They will pop open so keep the temp in low/med. You can make a creamy gravey with the left over crispies making a roux in the frying pan.

These weisswurst are nothing to write home about at 174.00$ it won't be a do over

Quick delivery - made them the first day and a big crowd pleaser. Delicious and tasty! I would have reordered but the price went up almost $80.00 since last order.....I questioned the first order which looked like a package of bulk freezer burn. This vendor actually called me so I would change my initial review.....I did...now with the price gouging I feel I have been duped twice.

These authentic German tasting brats are great with German red cabbage, German potato salad, and German brown mustard.
