The Napping House Board Book Board book – Picture Book, September 1, 2015

Perennial favorite among 2-6 year olds.

I purchased this book for a baby shower because it has a lot of rhyme and repetition and the pictures are so adorable. I have read this book many times to children between the ages of 2-7 and they always enjoy the story and the predictable sequence of events. It's one of my favorite children's books of all time.

Such a cute store & beautiful art. I think this author has other books with amazing illustrations. Perfect for little readers at all stages!

My 2yo son has a lot of bedtime books, but I wanted to buy a book about napping to differentiate daytime naps from nighttime sleep. Well, now he asks for this to be read to him 2-3 times a day, and has memorized it from start to finish. He loves searching for the "tiny tiny dot" (the flea) on each page and giving voices to all the characters.I love that the characters are sweet and pleasant natured. My tot is impressionable and will quickly pick up bad behaviors even from book characters. Other books portray toddlers as little more than tantrum monsters and I love that this book doesn't.

I bought this book for my children when they were little. They loved it and so did I. Now I have gotten it for my children and the second book. Just lovely books. So bright and colorful!!!

Fun to read

I absolutely love gifting the book "The Napping House" for baby showers when I'm putting together a first library. It's such a heartwarming story that sparks the imagination and brings joy to both children and parents alike. It's definitely a must-have addition to any little one's book collection, and I'm always thrilled to see it make the cut.

This book is a classic. I read this book to both my children and purchased it again for my grandchildren. This purchase was for a baby shower gift. This is a great engaging book for toddlers and young children especially at bedtime. It is along the lines of The House that Jack Built. Defintely a must have.

All 5 of my grandkids love this book and can recite it by heart! There is a wee flea on each page and they love pointing it out as it moves closer to the bed!

Capa dura, cores de ótima qualidade

I got this book for my two year old grandchild and am thrilled that she likes it just like my children did. It's a beautiful and engaging story that children want to hear again and again and again.

My 2-year old loves this book. As soon as we finish it, he wants to read it again! Lovely illustrations that remind me of art from my childhood books.
