At first, after the shower was assembled, the lights didn’t work. But the company responded positively and quickly in sending me a new generator for the lights. After the new generator was installed, the shower worked amazingly just the way it was advertised with all the lights working.

I had this installed in my new bathroom a couple weeks ago. The lights and display panel already stopped working. It's also either cold or super hot no matter how I adjust it. I guess I have to pay a plumber to come replace this for a different model. What a massive waste of money.

We renew our bathroom and decided to buy this shower panel tower and it is fantastic we really enjoyed it

First off I don’t regret buying it. Still don’t even. We installed it 4 months ago and it’s been awesome, was easy to install and all the features on it are lovely. With that said we do have one thing we are displeased with an that is the display panel and overhead lights in it stopped working. They are water powered so my first thought was it sprung a leak so I checked and it’s completely dry. All I can think is the motor fried. It’s only 4 months old so I would say it shouldn’t do that. Oh well I hope others don’t have this same issue.

Very good shower, excellent quality, the different water jets make you feel good, my favorite is the waterfall, the material is strong and of good quality, the installation was very easy and I love the hydroelectric system

At first i was very happy with the shower panel when I bought it in late August of last year for my bathroom remodel. When it was installed, it was stunning to look at and wonderful to use; but here we are only 3 or 4 months out from installation and its malfunctioning. I cannot believe I have to replace it already. Its leaking from the faucets and from the seams underneath. It's really disappointing.

I bought this due to very good picture and video advertise on amazon but once I ordered they sent me very late and once I Installed , the only water head is working , all electrics system dead , and there is limited time to return , on website they said return window closed. Do not buy it from this seller buy direct from manufacturer or chose different one

Beautiful fixture!. Excellent quality and water pressure is great. Easy to install and great value After installing fixture , everything worked except the lights. Amazon sent replacement immediately. I will review again after fixture is reinstalled.
