I used this ab roller the same night I received it and I swear the next morning I seen more definition. It hurts so bad but very worth it. Also very easy to assemble and seems super sturdy. Happy with my purchase

Easy to put together. Rolls with ease. Comfortable handle. Would recommend buying if in need of an Ab roller it’s great quality and great price point.

Good, But not Great
I personally wanted to use this roller as a single wheel, however it is not suggested to be used in that way. So, as a result I think it’s a good quality ab wheel, it’s just missing one of the functions I would like.

Knee pad is a little small
The headband is so soft and great!Ab roller is easy to assemble, and works perfectly (not an easy workout!)
