Big volume drop
The pedal isn’t too bad but the drop in volume when on is far too noticeable therefore can not be used on my board

Does the job
Got this for my second board - great if you've got limited space.Shame it didn't have a battery option but on the plus side i much prefer having a needle indicator that sways in both directions. My other tomsline tuner has more of a 'power bar' idea which makes it very difficult to get the slack out of the string without going too sharp so this is great.

A versatile reverb pedal with added features
The reverb settings work really well - better than what is built in to my amp. The unit is small but solidly made and is more or less standard size for this class of pedal. The shimmer effect however is rather noisy in use with my set up

does what if says good tuner
it is simple but effective and definitely worth it for the price

Well built and sturdy
Well built feels sturdy I am new to using a looper and didn't know that I couldn't have more than one loop on the pedal. Do you have a unit that woul d be suitable for backing tracks I could purchase?

SD Card Option Doesn't Work
I bought this looper as it has an SD Card Slot. It seemed Ideal to be able to (as it says in the advert) import recorded sounds, i.e. backing tracks or similar.Well it exports to the SD Card (the recording you've made), but not the other way around. In fact the tiny manual does not mention importing at all, just exporting and even that has very little info on that, such as formats, quality etc.I copied a small 8MB section of music in WAV format from my PC to the supplies SD Card, but after inserting it back into the pedal nothing happens. So I tried powering it off again, and when it switches back on the red LED flashes (which according to the manual is the operation of it copying from the pedal to the SD card). How would you even play the sound if it did work? would it be automatic as soon as the pedal is switched on? or would you have to start recording over it immediately? Anyway, no way to find out.I've had other small cheap nano sized loopers that connect to the PC via a USB cable. The software (currently Looper+software+1.7.exe - appears on different manufactuer sites) appears to be the same on different makes, such as Rowin etc. The software though has screwed up two pedals just copying over the WAV files - so I've been reluctant to try those USB loopers since.I'm starting to think that these cheap loopers record and over-dub ok, but the storage suggestion is total a lie or confusing of the sellers product - just don't work.I'll stick with my basic looper for now.

Great Rat style pedal!
The Rat is one of my favourite guitar pedals of all time. I've never owned a vintage one with the LM308 chip, but I have a Rat 2, and so when I stumbled across this, I was intrigued and thought I'd take a chance especially for the price. I was interested in trying a mini sized Rat and also saw in the description that it uses the LM308 chip!I'm glad I took a chance - it is a great sounding pedal and I thoroughly recommend it! I have compared it side by side with the Rat 2 and it is very close in sound and feel. The filter control works backwards too just like the Rat 2. I could hear a bit more bottom end than the Rat 2 as you turn the gain up past 2 o'clock, but there is not a huge difference and it certainly does not get muddy or lose clarity. The Turbo mode gives you much more output and headroom and sounds great too. You can see the glow of the LEDs clipping the signal inside underneath the filter control. It feels solidly made too, just as good as the budget pedals I've owned in the past and even better than some. The pots and switches feel solid and up to the job. To summarise, this is a great Rat style pedal that really holds it's own up against the real thing and similar pedals that are more than twice the price. I'm tempted to buy all of the others in the range now!
