Poor build quality
I purchased the Senator Lightweight Checked Bag โ Durable Hard Shell Luggage 28โ (A10) in May 2025 and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. After using it for just one trip, the luggage already started falling apart. The decorative pieces on top of the handle came off, which immediately made it look worn and poorly made. For a suitcase thatโs supposed to be durable with a hard shell design, I expected much better quality and finishing. Overall, the build quality feels cheap and not built to last. A checked bagโespecially a 28-inch suitcase meant for travelโshould be able to handle at least a few trips without cosmetic parts detaching. Very disappointed with the durability and would not recommend this product.

Light weight.. but has issues too
Bought the green 32". Nice and spacious. Quite light for it's size. Main issue is that the fabric on the top part has torn off within 10 trips although that side of the suitcase has never been fully loaded. Pieces of the retractable handle also came off. Wouldn't buy again.
