Not quite the best thing since sliced bread, but close. For me a conventional buckle has become more and more uncomfortable as the years have expanded my waistline. This belt is the solution. You have the option of wearing it as a conventional belt, using the ring supplied as a ‘buckle’ this is set up is reasonably comfortable. Or you can anchor the belt on your belt loops leaving the front of your jeans/trousers free and in my experience extremely comfortable. Would recommend this to anyone.

Was a little dubious about buying this as it seemed like a gimmick but its great, it doesnt go loose, it flattens my belly somehow, its comfortable and i can go to the loo without undoing my belt. Only setback would have liked it to be made of better quality materials but now i know it works i will buy a better version.

Great belt for fatties

This belt has proven invaluable as I had a cancer operation on the bowel ( Too Much ? )Anyway no pressure on the stomach area unlike traditional belts.It can be used without the ring and I've used it both ways, on the trouser loops and then with the ring in the centre. It is very good when needing rapid access to remove the trousers or open them for other reasons.Fully adjustable for fit/ tightness / Comfort. The belt has been used or about 15 months before needing replacement.I recommend this item and will be purchasing this again.No issues with the retailer.

When I 1st seen this I like the theory "lose the buckle save your belly" when it was new this worked fine kept me work shorts up n allowed me to enjoy bending over to pick ovens n fridges without a buckle to pinch my belly fat! (Or muffin top as she calls it)But after a while the elastic would slip on the 2 rectangle slider bars on the side into a twist therefore extending the belt size, this point my shorts start to fall due weight of tools on hip pockets. Wouldn't mind but makes me look like a moody teen that doesn't know how to do up a belt....so sorry 3 stars for functionality.

Excellent idea

I brought the large belt but it came slightly larger than advertised. I'm unfortunately unable to make the belt smaller to the actual size I need (as already made it to its smallest setting) which is frustrating so now have a belt that is too large to use. That's why I marked it down one star. Other than that, the belt is very well made and very comfortable without all the bulk of a buckle in front of your tummy. The price is very good for what it is. Just a shame that it's not more adjustable to smaller size. That's my only quibble.

I have a gut. I need a belt. Belt + gut = irritation. This fantastic idea means I can wear jeans etc with all the support of a belt and none of the annoyance. I highly recommend this.
