Very easy to use and can be adjustable to any height and comes with a carry case.

Have used these as a tarp support for camping and hiking in all conditions. Wouldn’t class them light-weight, but they’re probably as light as they could be to still be as sturdy and durable as they are. Easy to adjust too.
