I am wondering if it is ok to put ammonia into the water? So far I haven't used an cleaning solution, and it does an ok job, but I expected better.

I used to work in the jewelry business. An ammonia cleaning solution should be fine depending on what you are trying to clean. Please research each type of gemstone to make sure it is ammonia safe (emeralds are not). I have found some generic jewelry (not silver) cleaners work well with mine

Can it be work for dentures ?

I do jot know but it would be best to ask the manufacturer to be on the safe side.

What is the warranty on this item? Mine worked fine for a while but now spits out a lot of water with the steam getting everything very wet.Suggestion

I don't know the warranty, but I had a problem after about a year and couldn't get the company to respond, but Amazon stood behind it. It is a great product when it works.
