Great but they shrink after cleaning/drying
Only reason I did 4 out of 5 stars is because they shrink significantly after use. Picture included to show the used one that I washed by hand and air dried on the bathroom counter and a non used one. They seem to shrink different amounts and the one is small enough that it just barely stays in the container which is almost entirely open on the bottom. It may depend on if you wash with cold, warm, or hot water?? I haven’t conducted any experiments, not important enough to me.The container is nice, I love the color (pale green), picture is accurate. The fact that you just pull them out for use and push them back in when clean and dry is growing on me. At first I didn’t like how open the container was because it seems unsanitary. But I keep them in a drawer, so what’s really going to get on them? The pads felt a little stiff and rough and I was concerned about using them on my eyes but as soon as water hits them they puff a little like a sponge and are quite soft! They are plenty soft to scrub my eyelids. I can’t say much about the exfoliation properties because I’m not using them on the rest of my face. There is texture to them so I can only assume there’d be some exfoliation. For what they are - reusable “cotton rounds” - I would say these are pretty great. Easy to wash by hand and do exactly what they’re supposed to do. Hopefully they last as long as they say!

Essentially mini Swedish dishcloths
These are essentially round Swedish dishcloths. The container is really convenient and easy to use. The rounds are very absorbent, soft and travel friendly but for the price, I’m wondering what the difference is between these and the more affordable dishcloths.

These pads are great and totally work!
Love these reusable pads! So much softer than the cotton squares I have. And I love that they wash perfectly clean. I use these to take my eye makeup off and they work perfectly. I get one wet, squeeze out the water, put on my eye makeup remover, swipe, flip the pad over and do it again on the other side. Then I just wash the pad with hand soap in hot water, squeeze it out and put it on the bottom of pile.I was super hesitant because they do cost kind of a lot, but if they really last 1000 uses, it’s justified. Plus I’m doing a tiny bit for the environment, which always feels good.

Definitely not the last cotton rounds I'll buy. I hate them..
I do not like these at all. I wanted to like them. I REALLY wanted to like them. But I don't, and they're definitely not the last ones I'll buy. I bought more disposable ones a week after these got here because I can't stand these. They're stiff like cardboard and pretty thick. They'll soften a bit of you soak them in product, but that takes like 4x the amount of toner I would otherwise need to use with on disposable cotton round. And forget trying to use these to remove eye makeup. You might as well just scrub that delicate skin with some cardboard from your recycling bin, you'll get the same result and it'll cost you less.I hope them fix the texture of these so I can actually use them in the future.

Actually works better than I thought!
I don't wear makeup but use cotton rounds with micellar water to wipe oil from my face. I bought a set of washable ones but didn't like them at all because of the material / hassle of having to put them in the washing machine. I did not expect much from these but they're actually perfect! They absorb the micellar water just enough and I can wipe my face and then quick rinse (wash) them with water and let them dry out for use again the next time. I love that I don't have to put them in the washing machine. I highly recommend them because they have replaced my cotton rounds and are good quality and expand nicely when lightly wetted. Love that I'm no longer throwing away countless rounds!

Not happy at all
Not happy. They feel like crisps. They were rough so I cleaned them but they turned harder. Even with baby soap. How am I supposed to use them on the face?

Weird smell when wet
These work great and are easy to wash, but when you put micellar water on them, they smell food-like. The smell is also kind of strong. I don’t mind it much, but some people may

Currently on the fence
Its a fantastic idea. You must wet them with water and wring them out before using. Feels good on face and washes well. They do shrink though. You can't use them to remove nail polish, so I will have to buy cotton wool for that.Good for travelling though. Not completely convinced yet though.

Maybe not the last ever, but stands heavy use
I've tried several different kinds of cotton wool rounds, and also knitted and hooked my own. If you like a fluffy pad, these aren't it. If, like me, you want something that firmly glides over your skin without producing tickly bits; you're in the right place. What I liked about crafting my own was the firmer structure and scrubby surface, and these give all that without the holes. Add in the 2 different textures, and I'm as happy as Larry after he's been told that the people who originally spread covid were blown up.Will it really last forever? I honestly don't know. I have used each a minimum of 50 times with the suggested rotation and rinsing out with tap water before squeezing. My usage is variable, and some times I squeeze harder than others. I once even had to use 2 rounds to properly scrub in, and I use the nubblier squares quite aggressively some times and not at all at others. They are starting to visibly fluff from use, but it dies back each time. These are scarily good If they don't last the rest of my life, they will certainly last for a minimum of 3 years each. I was using 2 pads per day, and needed an extra roughly every 6th time but usually held back because I was afraid to do the maths on my usage. If I found one round unusable after a year, I would still have saved over 750 pads. Scary, isn't it?

Not 100% cotton. Really great rounds.
These are good. I didn't want bamboo as I have used bamboo in other products and I haven't always had a great experience. These are 70% Scandi wood pulp and 30% cotton so not 100% cotton. I have used them 5 times in the last day and they work well for removing makeup, cleaning eyes etc. You can hand wash after use and put them straight back in the bottom of the case...will dry by next use. They dried within minutes on the radiator. I think there should be many more rounds provided in the pack to justify £11. I hope the price comes down. I do feel much better that I am doing something good for the environment by using reusables!

Unfriendly to sensitive skin, not for dry use
Made to high quality like other LastObject products, but wish I'd known how rough the surface would be. The pads are soft when wet, but I primarily bought these to replace the disposable cotton pads I would normally use to apply toner and liquid exfoliant. Sadly they are absolutely not suited for this. I have sensitive skin on my face and even though I soak the pad with product, the rough texture of the pads has irritated my skin. When dry, the pads are stiff and solid.Design-wise, they're really clever and I love how easy the pads are to clean and dry. If your skin can take a bit of punishment, go for it! They'll be fine in your bathroom or taken with you on travels. I'm hoping to find a bamboo pad alternative I can continue to use with the holder as it is quite well designed.

BEST COTTON PADS EVER
Hello for starters I didn’t get these for free I payed with my own money because I was intrigued by these. All of the free product reviews did put me off because they were well ‘free’. HOWEVER everyone needs these you can not use them without getting wet as they would be extremely uncomfortable but when they are wet they feel exactly like cotton pads. I even tried to rip them but they didn’t budge. Honestly I have two packs of the other types of cotton pads advertised everywhere and they aren’t soft enough for me but if you want a proper cotton pad pay the money and BUY them.
