Too big to go on my wrist, too small to wrap twice. Probably better for upper arm band than wrist band, unfortunately I was looking for something to make my hands more visible while flagging traffic, my vest comes to my elbow so I don't need these for my arms. I resorted to forming a tear drop shape with the bottom of the drop running between thumb and index finger and across palm with top of teardrop on top of my wrist, tucked under long sleeves. Works ok, makes it easier to see my hand when I stop traffic, just wish it was several inches shorter to wrap my wrist normally.

Best fit at 12" circumference, minimum 11.5", maximum 12.5". Bright color with secure Velcro closure.

These were way too big, and not adjustable. There isn't a way to tighten them and they don't fit my wrist/arm at all, or even my ankles. I could probably put them on my upper calf. I used safety pins to fold them and secure them at the right tightness to work on my wrists. After that they worked really well. They're extremely reflective so I would say they definitely serve their purpose.
