Ourtime X01 Standalone Smart Watch with Camera Android Dual-core CPU Support T-Mobile 3G WCDMA SIM Card Sport Pedometer Heart Rate Monitor GPS - Black

The Ourtime Smart Watch Phone I received does not appear to work with AT&T, T-Mobile, or Verizon. Which U.S. companies is it supposed to work with? I took it to AT&T and they were able to get it to see their signals; however, it would not recognize the network (using a working SIM from another phone). At T-mobile they could not get it to recognize the working SIM from another of their operating phones. Verizon used one of their testing machines to see if they could speak to the phone. They were unable to do so and said the phone was incompatible with Verizon. The phone appears to be unable to work properly with any of the three major U.S. phone service providers whether GSM or WCDMA. The bar code on my phone is X001001QAB - the box also shows the number XY-0323-X01-1. It appears to be a product of ShenZhen Xinyi Digital Technology Co. Ltd. Their website offers no support. I have sent this information to Ourtime through Amazon.com and will provide updated information when and if I receive any. Everything other than the phone appears to work properly (WiFi, Bluetooth, Internet, etc. I would consider it to be a great item if the phone worked. -----11 June 2016 UPDATE: I went to BestBuy, purchased a $5.00 Sim Starter Kit for T-Mobile. I inserted the micro Sim and had no difficulties in activating the Sim using another phone. It appears the T-Mobile Store representative had the problem - not the phone. T-Mobile works fine and the phone sounds good on both receive and transmit. I have updated my rating to 4 stars. It would be 5 Stars; however, I haven't heard back from Ourtime regarding AT&T support.

Overall pleased with this watch. Did everything i expected better than expected...until this morning i inserted my att SIM. The dreaded E for edge data network. Viewed apn and it was on Cingular wap. Created AT&T phone apn. But where you put apn type (default, mms, supl, hipri) there are only checkmarks and no hipri only wap and ia. Will continue to trouble shoot. Like the watch though. Nice screen,responsive, good on wifi. I expected battery to not last.UPDATE: bumping the rating up a star. Att doesn't do 3g on their 2100 mhz band. I'm stuck on 2g. From what i gather tmobile might. Thus if you have tmobile go for it.

This watch just stopped working I need a new one ! Very unsatisfied! Paid too much for it and it just stop working! Please get back to me about this ASAP thank you!

It's a worse, the charge base only work one week. I'm be waiting for other one, they send three week ago.it's a bad election.

Returned because we could hardly find the company online let alone any instructions.

UPDATE: While I Love the design of this watch, I've been through 2 already. They work fine for the first few weeks, but then they stop charging. I use mine primarily while walking, NEVER swimming or in the shower (or any other seriously wet activities). Well, my last watch stopped charging after a month. I then opened the case to see if I need to clean the contacts. See the picture of what I found. It was completely sealed tight (all 4 screws were tightened after installing each and only opened once in the month's time). Ourtime was contacted about the issue. Pretty sure this is a design flaw, hope they address it. Until then, I'll keep sending them back and re-ordering until it is fixed. Like I said, I love the watch itself, just not the short lifespan. If they fix this one issue, it will be the best smart watch available and I'll update this review.One thing I've noticed, not all these X01's are built exactly the same. I purchased one from another vendor, the seal between the battery compartment and the back plate was clear-rubber. It was unattached from the frame. After using it for only *one day*, the touch screen stopped working. HOWEVER, this unit had the rubber seal attached to the backplate and the seal seems much better. I've only had this watch for 2 days, but it's working great so far. Also, the charger for this is magnetic (a previous version was a clam-shell type which was a PITA). If I don't update this review, that means it's still working well for me. I've used it to go jogging, gym, house-cleaning, etc. (yeah, in 2 days)... working great so far.I've installed a buttload of apps.and still have 257MB free (make sure to move apps. to the SD card when the option allows). This watch is a full-blown Android watch-phone in a watch form-factor. I'm very impressed so far.BTW - there were some comments here asking about how to purchase an extra charger. YOU CAN! Search for "X01 charger" and you'll find it (maybe on a big search engine website, if not here). Might take a few months to get it, but it can be ordered (ordered x2 myself).
