Couldn’t get the pins out of the first watch I received to size the band. Took it to a jeweler and he couldn’t size it either. He even broke one of his tools trying. Returned the first one and received a replacement very quickly. Couldn’t size the replacement at first, either. Noticed that one of the pins higher on the band near the watch body was protruding a little so I tried removing those and it worked. The pins near the clasp are impossible to remove. The watch itself is great. Nice feel and keeps good time. Self winding mechanism works well.

I really like this watch But,The glow in the dark hands only glow well for a few minutes after exposure to a bright light source.Nice daytime watch.The link removal tool i received was (cracked when i received it="cheap"),as if it broke on someone and they sent it back.

Bought this watch as a daily timepiece. It looks great and feels great on the wrist. Band is a little large for a retail piece. I'll have to have the band shortened as the included tool is flimsy and breaks easily. Keeps relatively good time for an automatic watch of this price. Have to keep it wound once a day or I'll lose a minute or two. Overall, very impressed with my purchase. Looking forward to wearing this one for hopefully a long time to come. Would recommend to anyone looking for a cheaper alternative to expensive mechanical watches.

I understand I ordered this a while ago. But I was not aware the watch was not working right, until I was gifted one for Christmas that worked perfectly. I understand how warranties work but I was hoping they would work with me as I have bought 2 of these and neither worked right. I always thought the watch wouldn't stay wound was because I didn't move around enough. Even using a powered winder wouldn't make it work.So disappointed as these are great looking watches. On to a new brand I guess

Water resistant NOT water proof. One wind last for 24 hours. Looks professional. I do really like this watch. Be sure not to overwind the watch, spring could pop. If you wind the watch and the pendulum wheel doesn't start moving then the anchor on the escapement may be stuck via pressure. Give the watch a few twists/shakes to get the pendulum wheel moving. That should free up the anchor and get the watch going again.
