The media could not be loaded. They seem to have reinforced the part that plugs into your phone. Feels pretty sturdy. The top is flexible so you can slide the phone in without being at an angle. Charging is a bit slow, but I turn on the charger at 85% and it always stays charged. Don’t have to worry about it heating up.

Update: the case has already stopped working, the customer service is really great tho, I just don’t feel like trying to get a replacement case. I went ahead and bought a different brand which has been good so far. These cases are hit or miss if they will work well. It would constantly stop charging, finally it got to bad I was turning the case back on every 10 minutes. UghI got this case for my IPhone 12 Pro Max. My battery is starting to get a little old and I usually have to charge it by 3pm (start work at 6am) and I use my phone regularly for work. I like this case because it doesn’t add too much bulk, however I am someone who likes a thicker phone/Case so it work great for me. I have seen the other reviews where there are issues with the charging port and lighting connector and so far both of mine are good and solid. I’ll update if anything changes.It usually only have enough charge to get it fully charge once’s, at least so far in my testing. Then I just charge both overnight and the process resets. I did notice that the back is sooo slippery. I went ahead and ordered these stackable grip enhancers and will give them a shot. Overall I like this case

I'm really disappointed as it doesn't work with apple earbuds (wired). Doesn't matter whether it is tuned on or off.Edit/Updates ! The is one of the best purchases I have made, it fits perfectly on the phone , and you don’t have to take it out ever , it charges the phone and the battery at the same time , you start to charge the phone with the press of a button on the back, it charges my full to full again as I use it.The down side is that you can only use the normal usb chargers , not the usb-c fast chargers.

I have gone through portable chargers through the years, and I have never came across one like this. It is super reliable and I know my phone will charge 100% with this case the many times I’ve used this for beach trips, concerts, hiking, or just long days in general.It’s easy to charge with your iPhone charger cable and you can tell if it’s ready or not with the white little dots in the back of the case. When it’s full charge all dots will light up white.The only thing that has happened in the 1 Year + that I have had it is I was not careful with the case’s own iPhone port that inserts into your iPhone so it can portably charge and I threw it in my bag with other stuff and it bent that little port / charge thing. It still works I just have to be careful not to bend it more or else I think I will break it.100% charge, easy to use, I’ve had it over a year. Amazing product.

Lasted less than three months and stopped recharging the phone. Very bulky and heavy but was completely worth it for the extra charges for the phone.Now that the recharging of the phone has stopped it's just big, heavy and bulky.UPDATE: Customer service is fantastic though. Seller contacted and offered a full refund and a new case. Hopefully just got a faulty case and the new one will work better. While battery pack of case does make it bulky, getting the extra charge was completely worth it and also provided good protection for the phone.

I’ve tried a couple of other brands I all found lacking. This one is actually really good, works like it should, fits well, and provides good protection for the phone. If it gets me another year out of the phone it will be well worth the price!

I decided to switch out my previous charging case after using it for three years since it had some wear and tear and was starting to have issues charging. I purchased this case in July 2023 and experienced no issues until April 2024. I was a little frustrated that the case lasted only about 9 months and I was on a time crunch to purchase a new case since I was going out of town and needed a replacement quickly. Since I did not have a lot of time, I opted to repurchase the same case expecting to get at least a few months use out of it. After having the case for only 7 weeks, this one broke again as well and is having issues charging despite literally no damage to the case whatsoever. The charging connector does not seem to be out of place or moving at all but it is impossible to get the case to charge. It is absolutely absurd to have something that breaks so easily with so use. I went for this case for the cheaper option and am going to end up having to purchase three new cases in a year when my previous one lasted three years. I would recommend investing in a higher quality case that won’t break with minimal use.
