Are the capsules vegan?

Yes, they are. The capsules are not made of gelatin. They are hypromellose capsules, which is a compound manufactured from cellulose.

How many grams of fiber does one dose (three capsules) contain?

3 capsule contain 1500 mg of fiber; that would be 1.5 grams. I use the capsules when I go on vacation so I can just swallow about 6 at a time and not have to worry about mixing fiber into water or juice.

where is a complete ingredient list for this product

First, I show only other ingredients: Gelatin, Rice Flour (which is Psyllium Husk-chaffing of rice plant) Second, I have been using this product for some time now to keep my system working efficiently. I am highly susceptible to foods due to celiac disease. I purchased first because it was non-gmo and gluten free (two very important factors for me). I trust this product and if you do decide to purchase that it will be the right product for you too.

it just says "gelatin" on the label, so i assume it's made with animal product. it says GMO-free and gluten-free but if it were vegan i think it would use agar agar or something similar for the capsules.
