They are great for weight loss.
I’ve been really impressed with these ACV gummies from Free Soul. They’re easy to take, taste great, and don’t have the harshness you normally get with liquid apple cider vinegar. I like that they include B12 and folic acid for an extra boost, plus the added pomegranate and beetroot make them feel like a quality, well-thought-out supplement. Vegan and made with natural ingredients too. Definitely happy with my purchase and would buy again.

These apple cider vinegar gummies are a great alternative to liquid ACV! They’re easy to take, taste surprisingly good, and don’t have that harsh vinegar burn. The taste way better than I was expecting! I'm looking forward to seeing what benefits they bring into my life :) They've got a slightly crystal like, crunchy texture on the outside but are really soft to chew and taste and smell really nice. Good size pack of 60 to last a few months and quite inexpensive.

Enjoy eating them…like Haribos! But reduce sweetness
Don’t think it helps with appetite suppression or weight loss. Still enjoy eating them as they are like snacking on Haribos - except limited to two a day! Tasty but please reduce excessive sweetness. Too sugary for my liking.

Tasty gummies
Tasted great. People commented on the amount of sugar on the outside but it didn't feel too much. Only got the one bottle so not sure if they work in a health way
