Loew-Cornell 1021173 Woodsies Dowels 12"-3/16" 20/Pkg

I bought them for a Halloween Busilla wall hanging, but decided against using them. Not because I didn’t like them, no they are a good product. I just went another direction.I’m a crafter, so I’m sure I’ll use them on down the line.

Had to return. They were advertised with wooden wheels as a "buy together" deal, but the dowels did not fit the holes of the wheels. The quality seemed sturdy enough and would have been great if they would have fit.

Used these to paint and make signs and props for a "Frozen" movie themed birthday party. They worked fine for this purpose. I liked how they were pretty thin because some of them we had to break in half when in need of a few shorter sticks. We had to get creative and use wire-cutters to gnaw the wood in half, so that was interesting. We added a dot of hot glue to the broken tip so the kiddies didn't get splinters. All was good!

I used these to hold up lottery tickets for an anniversary present. They came super quick and were not broken and did the job. I would recommend these!

These are great for the various crafts that I do with my toddler. They are sturdy and the package comes with a lot. I still haven't finished the pack and I have done many crafts with them. They are a long length, which I prefer because I can always cut them if I need them to be shorter. I cut them with just scissors and it works perfect.

Amazaon has made an exception value for a low costs orders for items such as these. Wow.... my hats off to Amazon. Anyway, my use is for stripped screws and then I re-drill and place these dowels into the holes. Then screw the oversize screws into the this (after pre-drilling). There are other uses, but this works for me. Hope this helps.

These are smaller and thinner than I thought they would be, but that is my own fault and not the product or seller's fault. As they are, they are perfectly fine. Since I can't use these for my original purpose as I need something bigger/thicker, I've used them for crafts, and they work well.

Nice sturdy dowels. Used them for photo props. Good value compared to local retail options.
