So I heard of this product through a buddy of mine and grew curious of it's properties and went ahead and did my own research. Pretty much everything positive about it (those being listed in the description on Amazon ie...•Heart-healthy•Good source of fiber•Digestive support•Anti-inflammatory•Skin treatment•Improves athletic strength•Lab-tested for quality & purityI wanted for those reasons and for the athletic benefits as well. I haven't just yet coupled it with my creatine just yet (was waiting for leg day lol) but most certainly will. It does have an "Earthy" taste to it, as mentioned by others, but it doesn't bother me. We had to eat pretty much whatever when I was enlisted, so knowing it's going to benefit me, defeats any maple/celery taste it may have. Thus far, I've been mixing it with my protein and taking it through the day. Will make ya "go"💩 for it's a good source of fiber and that's a GOOD thing. People act like they're scared to "go". Read the book..."Everyone Poos". Lol A good product. I recommend.

I added fenugreek to horney goat weed and tonkat ali. I'm 55 and started lifting weigts again about 10 months ago.I believe these supplements have increased my test and lobido. Buying supplements in bulk from bulksupplements cuts the cost of taking supplementation.It has only been about 10 days taking fenugreek and had a great workout today.I am pumped to feel the effects of the combination of supps I take and the loss of body fat and addition of muscle.thanks bulksupplements for great cost effective product.PS I make my own capsules,I find it is the only way for me to take these strong tasting supps.

Took for about a month and noticed no change. Has a bitter flavor to it even after being mixed with oats and a little maple syrup. Cost is cheaper than other versions / companies.

I only took this twice. The flavor is horrible. I would recommend getting pills. I added this to a smoothie and it was almost undrinkable. So i tried just suffering through it alone in a small glass of water. It's just to horrible tasting. I ordered some empty jell capsules and I will update after I have taken it in pill form but as a powder it's unusable.

Purchased this to put in a shampoo I was making for my husband, only needed a tablespoon, so I looked it up and discovered there are quite a few ways to use this besides shampoo. Very nice product and love that it's food grade. Will definitely by more from this company!

I ordered 100 grams of fenugreek powder, and my package arrived sooner than expected! I prepare a tea using lemon, and it keeps my digestive system regulated. I also used the powder to make a face mask. I like the fact that the powder is finely sifted, and the 100 gram package is filled to the top.
