Very helpful study content

It had been over a year since I took vascular at school, so it would be an understatement to say I was rusty. I used this book to relearn/review the material and got some mock exams from Ultrasound Registry Review (I feel so uncomfortable in the testing centers), and I got my RVT license on the first try.

I wish I had had more time to study with this book vs the other way expensive material that didn’t help me pass the exam. If I had more time to study with this book no doubt I would have passed.

I use this textbook to prepare for ardms and basically it has most of the content you need to prepare for the examination

Read the whole book and was able to pass my RVT registry easily. If you are looking for study material this is the book for you!

Great buy. Each chapter has 100 questions ish and it explains why it’s the answer. Lots of images. Definitely summarize up all the important things I learn in class. Definitely be using this book for boards

I really liked this book because it was so easy to read , but it had a lot of errors especially on the practice tests.For example on Chapter 4 practice test questions 43 I got wrong and they said the answer was E and there was no E. Then on the Chapter 5 practice test it said at the top Ch.3 even though the page before said Ch.5. Then on page 193 on the figure 5-60 G is stated as G) Inferior vena cava even though it’s a model of the leg and then the answer says G)GSV. Then on page 183 it says for May Thurber syndrome “ with this syndrome left external iliac compresses the left external iliac”.There is probably more errors I didn’t catch. The book was obviously not properly edited. It’s scary studying for board exams and the textbook has incorrect information and errors.
