Just got this today. Beautiful tray and was so excited. But returning because of a chip I just noticed. I would have definitely kept if this wasn’t going to be an issue. But it’s just gonna keep chipping away. So this is going back.

The finish is just OK, but the type of wood, especially the base is almost like a "thick paper board." It's almost like a disposable product that won't last. Too expensive for the cheap quality.

I needed a new tray for my coffee table and this worked out wonderful. It’s very well made and sturdy. The only downside is the size. I really wish they made these in different sizes, but made this size work because I loved the brown and gold color tone. Turned out to be a great trade off. I’d recommend this to anyone.
