Great yoga mat for the price. I definitely wouldn't say it's non-slip and the carrying strap broke instantly.I got the green one and it looks lovely. Its a good basic yoga mat :)

I needed a replacement mat as mine was slipping all over the lounge floor (laminate) and meant that I was not getting as much out of my fitness classes as I wanted. Based on the reviews, and great colors, I opted for one of these. It is on the thin side, as the sizing states, but is still rather comfortable even when doing planks, crunches/sit ups and kneeling exercises. I was worried that I would find it too thin for these exercises but it has been great and if I do find my elbows are getting sore with something like a side plank, then I just fold the end over and use it double. It is extremely 'adhesive' (not sticky, but non-slip) on a laminate flooring and has not moved once, even when doing burpees !!! The only thing I don't like about it, and I don't think there is anything the manufacturers can do about this, is that it marks easily from your shoes - but it does NOT tear or break up, just marks. I would definitely recommend this and would buy again if the need arises.

I’m really surprised with this product! It’s really affordable comparing to other famous brands which made me have really low expectations, but I actually found it really interesting and surprisingly good, here are my reasons:1. Affordable price2. Have a carry bag which fits nicely plus one extra carry straps in case you did want to take the bag3. It’s long, especially comparing to mats designed by certain known brands like Adidas, which is more convenient, especially for tall people3. I tested to see if it is really waterproof or not and as you can see in the photos it is, so I know I shouldn’t worry about colour change or sweat marks4. Very thin and light, but comfortable at the same time5. Good hand grip on the blue side, I know I won’t slip doing yoga on this mat6. It might be personal, but I do like the colour and texture of the mat7. It’s it a big deal, and not very practical, but there was also a basic training sheet with the matI should mention that I only tested its comfort and grip (orange side) inside my house and I don’t know if it is the same outside like on the stone or grass.

This mat is 0.6cm thick, which is perfect in my view for Yoga. Previously, I had been using a 1cm mat from another supplier and some of the asanas that required balance were very difficult. That 1cm thickness created a real wobble. Yes, it was comfortable to sit and lie on, but not good for the full range of Yoga postures. This mat on the other-hand is perfect. The right thickness to take the edge off a hard floor, but not enough to create a wobble in some yoga postures. You wouldn't have thought 0.4cm makes that much difference, but it does. Definite thumbs for this mat as a 'yoga mat'. You need to ask yourself, 'what is my primary use for the mat - yoga or exercise?'. If it's yoga, this mat is great, if it's exercise, then maybe something like a 1cm mat would be better. I'm definitely happy with this product and can definitely recommend it.UPDATE: When the mat first arrived it had a VERY strong chemical smell. I let it air for a couple of days outside, which did lessen the smell. You need to Google TPE Yoga Mats to see what chemicals are involved. The fact that the mat possibly contains rubber, which I'm allergic to is a "no-no" for me as too is the chemical off-gasing. Seemed like a good mat. But too many questions for me.

So good I bought 2!Eco friendly, great looking, soft, strong and extremely comfortable.If like many you are at home doing yoga or exercise this is the mat for you.I bought one for myself as my gym was closed due to the pandemic and began training at home.After a single use my daughter requested one for herself as the comfort and quality was so high.The bottom is nice and grippy and sticks to the floor with tenacity! You won’t slip or slide away with this Mat beneath you.The colour range is great, the quality is superb, the price is fantastic and the comfort and control this mat provides is simply outstanding.Far better than the mats at my gym and so light you won’t even notice it in your bag.A 10/10 product for me! Highly recommend from me!

The media could not be loaded.  I like this product, it’s comfortable enough for the price and does what it says. However I am a little bit disappointed at the lack of grip & “non slip” it provides as I am able to easily move and slide the Matt around my floor… apart from that it’s a good product.

The mat comes with a flimsy mesh bag used to carry the mat which easily tears and breaks after 1 day - a complete waste of space and material.Other than that, the mat is good for the money and there have been no problems with using it.

I've been doing HIIT workouts on the mat and it's been great! I had bought one from Amazon before, which ended up being terrible so I was skeptical to order online again but I would recommend this mat. Good thickness, although not very thick, doesn't slide when you're moving/jumping, overall really happy with it. The only negative is that the end is still curled under from being rolled up even though I've laid it flat out for a couple days.
