Kraus KPF-3101BG Oletto Modern Pull-Down Single Handle Kitchen Faucet, 19.5 inch, Brushed Gold

Had an issue with the touch sensor, but their customer care is phenomenal! Went above and beyond to fix the issue and I still love our faucet in brushed gold.

This faucet is so pretty! The perfect champagne bronze color.. not bright and brassy at all . Looks beautiful on my mixed metal kitchen. The Coldwater line that came with it was too short so my handyman had to go out to get another one so hopefully I’ll have cold water soon. But other than that it didn’t take himLong to install ! I don’t feel like it has fantastic water pressure but I don’t feel like anything in this house has fantastic water pressure so it’s probably the house not the Faucet!

The media could not be loaded.  I was a long time lover of Kraus. I have purchased several Kraus brand products.This faucet is TERRIBLE! Bought it in Feb of 2023 and the weigh has fallen off and the sprayed doesn’t go back and fourth without it being 1/2 of each.Customer service won’t refund me and is forcing me to get replacement parts.Buy for a company that has better return policies and better quality products! I won’t be buying Kraus again.

I’ve had everything from sputtering, to leaking hoses on it. So far customer service has not been good either. I have a leaking faucet and they want me to send a video (after waiting days for a reply). Not a good product in my opinion.

We had other faucets that used the light and had issues. This one you touch on and off and works great. The brass color is beautiful and no water spots. Looks great.

This seemed sturdy, but the color is champagne gold, very light. The soap dispenser was also called brushed gold by them… inconsistent color labeling.

Love this faucet! Don’t forget to put the plastic piece in when installing!!! Gorgeous faucet! Love the touchless feature.

Great quality and stunning looks. The touch feature is a little odd and should be understood before purchase if this is a top reason. The valve has to be always open. The water comes out when you touch any part with the exception of parts that you would normally touch to turn on water. It will not turn on if you use / touch the lever or spout. I feel it is a miss not turning on when you use the lever

The tap function doesn't work. And the whole point of this more expensive faucet is the tap function. And the color doesn't match at all the picture. Almost looks grey rather than gold.

The media could not be loaded.  well made and beautiful ! One of the internal pieces was misshapen customer service was excellent and quickly sent a replacement… Love it

These are cheap plastic for the arc and the spray head. The weight fell off in a few months and wouldn’t hold on anymore. The sprayer stopped working next. Don’t waste your money. Go with either a cheap option and expect cheap results or spend a little more on a brand name. This product is garbage.
