Great quality material
Easy to assemble without an extra pair of hands. I inserted the shelving as I went along which I found helped make it sturdier as I continued assembling. Little tip to have an idea of items going on shelves first so that you can adjust shelves as you go. It's a bit awkward taking them apart afterwards!!!

Not really heavy duty.
Needed some racking for my shed and these cheap and cheerful. They are fiddly to put together but the enclosed instructions are easy enough to follow. You soon get the hang of it. The shelves are made of MDF and as others have said are quite thin. Having said that they are well supported once fitted in the frame. I gave the shelves a coating of clear varnish on both sides to try and protect against damp and hence mould as other reviewers have commented on. When finished they are sturdy enough. I fixed the top to the wall to guard against toppling. For the price they're ok.

Very sturdy shelving
These shelving units are a bit time consuming to put together but when finished they are very robust & solid & can hold loads of fairly heavy items

Shelves are not wood - thin MDF
The best thing is the price. They are cheapThey are very fiddly to put together but it does get better with practice. I was quite good at it by the time the unit was finished. The worse thing is the shelves. They are very thin MDF. They give off a strong smell of preservative (possibly formaldehyde?) OK for garage or workshop but you wouldn't want that smell in your house. I am experimenting with sealing the shelves with furniture polish. The ends of the upright are sharp. (I cut my hand on one) The leaflet recommends wearing gloves but putting the thing together is too fiddly for gloves.

The click in slots are a pain
I had to take bits of the shelves on and off so many times as the pins have to slot in the gaps perfectly otherwise can come out the other side as per picture examples by the time I got to the top I lost the will to keep going the shelves are hardboard mdf and can flake off easily on corners. I brought for my shed but didn't trust the wood if does get damp can warp or break up. I have kept it indoors as my front room colour matches it anyway and the joint in the middle is the same as the slots on the shelves also don't put the top shelf to close to the top cause you can't put the ends on properly

Compact and useful
Used for storage in a new shed.Easy to assemble but could be a little more steady. Is in position and saving valuable storage space due to being four shelves high.

Flimsy rubbish
In no way can these be described as heavy duty. They are flimsy 2mm mdf shelves the uprights are in two sections. Total crap! Buyer beware. Just pop down B&Q and get some better ones for 15 quid. Total rip off! Returning them asap.

I wouldn’t put 150kg a shelf..
It’s fiddly to construct and easy to get wrong - so time and patience required. Given it’s easy to bend any specific part the strength must come from the assembly (frames holding it together) rather than individual bits having inherent properties to prevent distortions. No issues at all and holding a variety of tools and paints without issue (free-standing), but I doubt I’ve got more than 20kg on any shelf, so can’t remotely speak for the claimed loads it can take. I wouldn’t test it either!
