My physio gave me some NHS insoles for my high arches to help with knee and ankle pain/instability. They seemed to help, but were painful and hard and i couldnt wear them for more than an hour. I have searched everywhere for a similar type but softer, maybe gel. I come across these and read the great reviews about them being comfortable, so thought id give them a go. They are fantastic! although they are not gel or squishy foam, they are quite a soft plastic/hard foam material, and sooo comfortable!! I can wear them all day every day and they make my knees and ankles so stable. Gonna buy another pair so i dont have to keep swapping them over. The only small detail id suggest to improve is some kind of sticky-ness on the bottom to stick to your shoe when you put your feet in them. It can take a couple of attempts to get them in the right place when putting your foot in. but once they are in place, they dont move around.100% recommend!

I started having heel pain, so I went on to Google and self diagnosed myself. I then bought these, well I’ve not had any real pain since I started using them.Well worth the money.

Definately a great help for plantar but not quite as good as this company's full insole version. However these are much easier to swop from one pair of shoes to another.

I decided to get another pair instead of always switching my other pair out between my footwear. I bought these ones to wear specifically work. I’m on my feet all day as a waitress; I have flat feet and also have accessory navicular syndrome which means I have very uncomfortable bone that causes my arch to chronically ache. These insoles help alleviate that ache and make it bearable to be on my feet all day. These insoles are great because unlike full size ones I feel like my feet can actually breathe with these 3/4 size ones. They don’t fill up the shoe so much that they don’t mess up the fit of my shoe. Definitely recommend

Are of good quality but, for me, they were too thin so I bought some others. Seem to be well made.

I picked up quite sever planar issues after going out for a run and was really stuggling to walk any distances for about 2 weeks without real bad soreness. Mornings were the worst when you try to walk as the tendons stretch back out and it is quite painful. I spent the next month pretty much living in my running shoes as they are the only things that had cushioning and gave me support. Looking online I came across these insoles so at the price I thought I would give them a shot and looking at other reviews I also purchased some compression socks. The first time I walked on the insoles it seemed a bit uncomfortable as the arch support is pretty pronounced, but after an hour or so you get used to it and the really help as the arch support along with the cushioning in the heel takes all the pressure off and was pretty much instant pain relief. I have now bought 2 pairs and they have now allowed me to start wearing my normal shoes / fashion trainers etc which are typically hard and flat sole and give you no support in general. 3 weeks in and then pain has dramatically reduced and although I'm not brave enough to start running just yet I am now able to go on 5 mile power walks with minimal discomfort at the end. Cant recommend these enough and if you are suffering do consider using a compression sock with them. I also found a re freeze able gel ice pack helped which I put on my heel in the evenings for 15 minutes

Having foot pain from a dropped arch on my left foot and ensuing tendon pain on the top of the foot, I bought a pair of these orthotic half insoles. I am happy with their performance but it took a few days to get used to them. Be aware that they perform differently in different shoes. I first used them in a pair of cheap sneakers that had no arch support and weren't good for my feet. The left orthotic insole sat a bit too far forward and wasn't at all comfortable so I was disappointed and thought I'd wasted my money. Then I used them in a pair of better-quality shoes and the difference was marked. The cheap shoes were plainly a bit of an odd shape that wasn't obvious until I put these insoles into more expensive, mainstream (Gabor ladies) shoes. I then found them properly supportive and comfortable and will probably buy another pair.

I ordered these insoles and they are very small too small compared with the picture...I already use insoles so I know how they are supposed to be and I also need to pay a fee to send the item back...super disappointing, unfair and not professional

The product is half of a full insole, the back half, heel / arch support. It shifts when you put the shoe on and off so, you have to readjust it every time you put your shoes on.

Tragekomfort ist gut (nutze ich in Arbeitsschuhen), leider vermisse ich ein Klebepunkt oder mitgelieferten Klebestreifen um die Sole im Schuh zu fixieren. Muss man halt selber machen.

Soffro di fascite plantare da circa tre mesi causata dall'utilizzo delle scarpe antinfortunistiche che porto per lavoro.Nonostante aver cambiato le scarpe per ben due volte e provato varie pomate antinfiammatorie non ho ottenuto nessun miglioramento Adesso sono tre giorni che indosso questi soletti e le cose sono notevolmente migliorate.All'inizio ero molto scettico prima dell'acquisto ma ora mi sono ricreduto.Per me e' un ottimo prodotto e sono rimasto molto soddisfatto e di fatto ne voglio ordinare altri due paia per poterli usare con altre calzature.

Les dernières 6 mois, j'ai essayé beaucoup d’autres semelles pour soulager ma fasciite plantaire, mais ils prenaient trop de place dans les chaussures, et ils n’étaient pas confortables du tout.Par contre, ces semelles sont uniques. Elles laissent beaucoup d'espace à la coté extérieur, et les pieds ne sont pas serrés. Alors, elles sont très confortables. En plus, elles ne bougent pas et elles restent à leur place.Apres 6 mois de souffrance et de différentes thérapies, je suis heureux de trouver ces semelles. Après une semaine, les douleurs commencent à partir!
