It’s important to make sure your eyebrows are clean and with no lotions or skin oil. Let them fully dry.Step Two: PRESS APPLICATOR PAD INTO COMPACT. Cover the silicone stamp over the pad, making sure the entire pad is covered with the tint.Step Three: FIRST TEST ON PAPER. It’s best to make sure the color is evenly distributed and not too dense on the applicator pad by stamping a piece of plain white paper.Step Four: APPLY TO BROW. Next, roll the applicator from the inside of your brow area to the outside, following where your brows are or would naturally be. If it’s not enough, repeat Steps Two – Four.
