I find it to be pretty filling. I am using as part of my endurance event nutrition plan and find it to be not only filling but also good source of energy and it’s easy to digest.

Pregnancy saver

Sorry I will be honest but,I have been eating them right before I got pregnant and it prevented me to have constipation, I had great bowels movement, also helped me with energy in the morning and was a quick easy take if I had nausea.I still use them post partum, iykyk.If you want an idea of the taste, it’s a smooth fruity flavor, not too sweet. The texture can be a little chalky at first but end up being smoothly like afterwards. The ingredients are clean and simple, I really swear by this product. The only downside would be the price !

This is absolutely delicious, especially when cold, so I put mine in the refrigerator when they come in. I can't stop eating them!! I got through these like crazy!! Not only this flavor but most of the others as well!! You can't go wrong with these!!! Enjoy these!!!
