inside filter is missing.. when asked for return they need us to deliver on our own.. if you have some default terms why dont you send us the proper described product.. also amazon cant help us... boycott seller & dont sell this product..

Cap for Cold Drinks Not Working
The straw doesn't fit well on cap for cold drinks so it doesn't work. Sturdy build and good infuser otherwise.

I have doubt , price at higher side , if you are not using for tea and coffee . Bottle quality is really good , however accessories like coffee filter etc not up to mark.

Not up to the expectaion
Look wise good. Hot up to 2 hrs only. Then slowly turn to cold within 4 hrs. Bottle itself is getting hot when adding hot water that indicates the lowest quality of material used
