Very Dissapointed:- Not as Shown\Advertised.
The yellow ink cartridge did not arrive in the usual sealed "Cheetah" box as shown in the product image on the Amazon product page for this item.It was only in a very basic, plastic bag full of air, (see photo), and not in the usual "heat-shrunk" wrapping that "New", Genuine Epson cartridges are supplied in; i.e. the air in the bag would be sucked out on a new cartridge. (Even the "reduced-packaging" version of "New", Genuine Epson Cartridges I have purchased previosly came in the shrink wrapping with the air sucked out to keep the cartridge fresh and sealed for longer.This item was in a basic bag full of air and it was a totally different type of plastic wrapping used.As can be seem in the second photo there are also signs of it possibly being refilled with yellow ink. It is therefore possible that this is just an empty Epson cartridge refilled with yellow ink. If this is the case there could be an issue with the Epson "chip" that does not allow this, (we have tried previously - once a certain printing time\number of pages has passed the Epson chip does not allow the cartridge to be used again).We feel very let down by this item. They should not be allowed to show it in a sealed Epson "Cheetah" box on their Amazon product page and then wrongly supply something totally different

Good product eventually
Unfortunately, when I went to use this ink, my PC/printer advised that the product was incompatible with my printer. Knowing that this should not be the case, I contacted the seller to advise of my issue. Despite my order having been a while ago, the seller offered to replace or refund. I chose a replacement and this duly arrived (somewhat delayed due to the Christmas post issues), but am pleased to say this cartridge worked and I am able to print once again. Therefore, I have given three stars as the first cartridge was defective and I had to contact the seller, but I was happy with the response from the seller to resolve the issue.

Not worth the money.
The Epson T0711 Black ink cartridge contains only 7.4ml of ink. A compatible cartridge of black ink contains 19ml ink but costs a fraction of the Epson cartridge price and lasts for longer. Hence the 1 star rating for Epson. ie they are poor value . I recommend you shop elsewhere and use compatible ink cartridges which work just as well in Epson Ink printers despite what they might tell you. If your compatible cartridge is rejected, keep trying. It will be accepted eventually.

Expensive but they do the job
Expensive but they do the job.I've decided to buy my print cartridges singularly has needed, rather than buying the multipacks, which has left me with three unused yellow cartridges.These cartridges seem have shot up to ridiculous prices recently.I know that I can purchase none Epson cartridges much cheaper, but having lost one printer soon after using none standard inks I'm reluctant to risk another printer becoming unusable.

The Price
The ink its self is excellent but it is over priced, Epson get a grip. My machine is years old but still working perfectly but the price of the ink for my machine keeps going up. the 3 Star rating is because of the price.
