Bought this for the wife. She loves these, but our pup damaged her old set. She uses them everyday for body pain and soreness.

I searched and found the kit that has every single last ball in it for doing the Roll Model or Yoga Tune up or Corgeous and found it here. I love using the Alpha balls(as a pair) to put my butt back on my butt and the tune up balls are wonderful for my neck. There is an awesome video Jill posted on YouTube where she demonstrates the neck rolling she does before bed every night. It is a lifesaver for someone with compound whiplash. FYI: Compound Whiplash is what you get when you have multiple car accidents resulting in whiplash (aka getting rear ended 5 times).

I do wish they had an option of buying a firmer set. The book is pretty interesting - highly recommend reading if you don't understand foam rolling.

This set of yoga balls is excellent for stretch and massage. Each size has many uses. I wish this kit had included some instructions to get started. My trainer gave me basic lessons to start.

The balls work great and are very sturdy. Tried regular balls, these balls work far better. The sizes and how firm/soft they are work well on the neck, lower back, shoulders and hips. I've used them to realign my back/neck and to break up old injury adhesions. I also use them to get rid of terrible headaches.Yes, a bit pricey, but they end up paying for themselves and don't break/last a long time. Definitely a physical therapy session.
