What is the RPM? Can you vary the speed?

This die grinder runs approximatly 27,000 RM at 1/3 HP. This is of course dependant on your compressor, hose size, and coupler CFM capacity. Being a die grinder it is not designed to be variable speed. I echo another sentiment here in that mine works great for what it is designed to be used for. No problems with mine at all.

3 cfm to operate, 18 cfm draw over long pulls.

How do you put grease in the grease port?

you need a micro grease gun with needle tip.

Is this small enough to fit inside of a 3" pipe?

The die grinder itself is. I don't know what kind of attachment you have.

I Bought this die grinder more than a month ago. It Works well but there is one thing, you can`t easily control the speed of revolution. When you push the trigger the die grinder works at 75% speed which is too much sometimes.
