SiruiAM-E50 Removable Plate Arca Swiss Compatible

I have bought tons of different Arca Swiss clamps from Amazon. They all work OK, but not great with the Peak Design plate, I have on all my cameras and other gear. I have managed to drop, but luckily catch mid-air, my camera a couple of times when they have become loose.This Sirui plate is designed how it should be, at least for the Peak Design's plate, which by the way, is perfect to keep permanently screwed in as it is so much lower and can be used with Peak Design's clamp, which I have on my bags and belt.Anyway, there are two different Arca Swiss plate & clamp types. The other has security pins on the bottom of the plate (increasing height and scratching user), and the other is designed so that the pin is actually on the clamp's bottom, usually with button release. This Sirui clamp is the latter and thus works well with Peak Design's plate.If your plate has screw pins at the bottom, it won't work with this Sirui-plate unless you unscrew those pins.

Die Basis ist sauber verarbeitet, stabil und passgenau, eine feine ArcaSwissBasis, auf die auch die Platten von Peak Design passen, auch die DualKombiplatte für Manfrotto und Arca Swiss. Toll ist ausserdem der Sicherungsstift.Leider ist Arca Swiss insgesamt etwas unhandlicher als das Schnellwechselplatten System von Manfrotto, dafür aber etwas kompakter.

Geschmacksache, aber der Verschluss zum Zuschrauben ist wenider als Schnell-Wechsel geeignet, da gibt es bessere Lösungen mit Hebel.Ansonsten sehr solide. Problematisch: es passen nicht alle Arca-Swiss-Platten rein; die haben unten 2 Nippen, die Vertiefungen dafür fehlen abe bei diesem Halter.Bleibt als Reserve in der Wühlkiste.

Heb deze gekocht samen met een Sirui monopod om het geheel dan met de Peak Design plate onder mijn Canon snel te kunnen koppelen.Het werkt perfect, zeker ook omdat het met de schroef vastgedraaid kan worden. Ziet er kwalitatief goed uit, solide verbinding. Het geld zeker waard.

I bought this item so I could easily place my Peak Design standard plate into the mounting plate of my Weebill-S gimbal, to quickly switch between the gimbal and the Peak Design travel tripod. The Peak Design standard plate fits perfectly into this quick release.After looking at many reviews I also found out that the knob design secures better than the lever design. Very happy with this product!
