Large, quiet, keeps my hair soft
My hair needs more help than ever before. Because I'm older, I look for anything that helps soften my hair. This was the first time I've used a tourmaline dryer and while I don't know if tourmaline is the reason, my hair is shinier with this dryer vs. my old cheap one. Some pros and cons:* Large, but not too heavy* Much quieter than my old screamer* The Cool button is in an awkward place: it's right where I normally hold the dryer, so I have to shift my grip to keep from depressing the button.* High speed is very hot; lower speed is warm*Good attachments. They stay on for me.*Too big to be a travel dryer

Better than the $300 "pro" dryers
After literally burning up two $300+ hairdryers, I bought this one, thinking if they are going to burn up that fast, why spend $300 or more on them. To my extreme surprise, this beauty outdoes them all, and it's still working every day two years later. I have owned at least four "professional" hair dryers, all recommended by hair stylists as "the best available." This is better than any of them, and it costs a fraction of what they cost. I liked it so well, and the cost was so reasonable, that I bought two more for guest bathrooms. it's fast, relatively quiet, and, despite some reviews, well designed. One has to become accustomed to the location of the controls on any machine, this one included. There is no reason not to buy this one and spend the balance on a new golf club.

Amazing for such a low price
Tried this at a friend’s house and realized it worked better than my $100+ dryer. They paid a lot more for it at a salon. I couldn’t help but buy it and it has been amazing. Love the 3 heat settings and 3 speeds. The way I hold the dryer, they don’t get in the way. And my hair is dry in no time. I don’t use all of the attachments and am surprised at how many there were and the quality of the dryer for the price.

Absolutely amazing and powerful hair dryer
Absolutely amazing and powerful hair dryer. Everything about it is fantastic as hell, EXCEPT:Button placement. The fan speed and heat buttons are directly under your fingers on the handle, and it's way too easy to push them in. I've had to adopt a little bit of a funky grip so I'm not pushing in the buttons when I'm drying my hair. It was mildly frustrating at first, but I have no complaints now. It deserves 5 stars, but the dude who came up the button design was obviously mailing it in. Maybe his wife asked for a divorce and wants full custody of the kids. Or maybe he was bitter about having to design hairdryers for a living. Who knows.Great hairdryer in every other way though.

works great: less damage to my hair: and super fast
So far I love this dryer! It has a cool setting that is amazing and leaves my hair feeling healthy and shiny and not completely fried like my last hair dryer. I am really impressed by it and it dries my hair fairly quickly. I was a little hard to get used to how heavy it is but I think that goes a long with how much power it has to dry quickly. I hardly ever notice the weight now, and I am very happy with my purchase.

I have a very thick coarse long hair and it manages my hair better than my hair dresser
It is exactly what I wanted!! I have a very thick coarse long hair and it manages my hair better than my hair dresser. I used it a couple days back and It is not too loud either. I first thought (based on its noise) maybe it could not be powerful enough for my hair yet it is powerful enough and it is not too loud either. So far, I am quite happy with the product.

But it does get my super curly hair straight
Works amazingly but is much heavier than a normal hairdryer. I have to take a break halfway through my hair. But it does get my super curly hair straight.

Buttons in weird places, my hands are always hitting the buttons to change the temperature and the air flow. The dryer is also a bit heavy.
